How to Repair a Leaking Pegasus Lyndhurst Roman Tub Faucet
1.
Turn off the Roman tub faucet water supply, both hot and cold.
2.
Remove the index buttons from the tops of each Roman tub faucet
handle.
3.
Unscrew the handle screws.
4.
Unscrew the bonnet nut.
5.
Remove the Roman tub faucet cartridges.
6.
Install new Roman tub faucet cartridges.
7.
Reinstall the bonnet nuts.
8.
Reinstall the faucet handles. Be sure they shut off in the right spot.
9.
Install the handle screws.
10.
Snap the handle index buttons back in place.
How to Repair a Leaking Pegasus Lyndhurst Roman Tub Faucet Spout
1.
Unscrew the retaining button on top of the Roman tub spout.
2.
Remove the spout by working it back and forth while lifting in an upward
direction.
3.
Remove the friction washer under the spout.
4.
Remove the two spout seal O-rings from the Roman tub spout.
5.
Install new O-rings coated with plumbers’ silicone lubricant.
6.
Lubricate the friction ring and reinstall.
7.
Carefully push the Lyndhurst roman tub faucet spout back into place.
8.
Secure the spout retaining button back on the top of the tub spout by hand
only.
How to Repair a Leaking Pegasus Lyndhurst Roman Tub Faucet Aerator
1.
Unscrew the faucet aerator from the end of the Roman faucet tub spout.
2.
Disassemble and run the parts under warm water.
3.
Reassemble the aerator.
4.
Reinstall the aerator on the end of the faucet spout.
How to Repair a Leaking Pegasus Lyndhurst Roman Tub Faucet Diverter
1.
Remove the handle index button.
2.
Remove the handle screw.
3.
Remove the handle from the valve inverter.
4.
Remove the handle cartridge inverter adaptor.
5.
Unscrew the bonnet retaining nut.
6.
Pull the diverter cartridge out of the diverter valve body.
7.
Install a new diverter faucet valve cartridge.
8.
Reinstall the bonnet nut over the cartridge.
9.
Place the handle inverter on the new cartridge.
10.
Reinstall the diverter faucet handle.
11.
Install the handle set screw.
12.
Install the Diverter handle index button.
How to Repair a Leaking Pegasus Lyndhurst Roman Tub Faucet Shower
1.
Pull the sprayer out of the faucet sprayer holder.
2.
Unscrew the sprayer head from the spray hose by hand.
3.
Install a new Roman tub faucet sprayer O-ring in the spray hose.
4.
Screw the faucet sprayer back together with the Lyndhurst faucet spry
hose.
